Through a series of embroideries the inspiring ‘bloom’ moment of each seasonal flowering plant has been captured. Each bloom has been re-interpreted as it appears seasonally via hand-dyed silk, in a myriad of tonal colour hues, combined petal by petal, to represent the glorious colour of each flower using applique and traditional hand-stitch techniques.
